Day 1 - UK - Bordeaux (France)
Fly from the UK to Bordeaux-Merignac Airport. Meet your representative on arrival and transfer to the port to embark your ship.
Day 2 - Blaye - Bourg sur Gironde
Start your day with a scenic drive along the Route de La Corniche Fleurie. Admire the spectacular homes etched into cliffs, sprawling gardens, Blaye Fortress and Lansac’s windmills along your way. Alternatively, head to Blaye Fortress and enjoy a 'Let's Go' yoga session. In Bourg sur Gironde, join a guided walking tour. Day 3 - Cussac Fort Médoc - Pauillac la Fayette
Today, enjoy a panoramic tour of the Medoc landscape and visit one of the many estates along the Medoc Chateaux route for a private tour and a tasting of premier Grand Cru wines. Alternatively, join a bicycle tour of the Medoc vineyards, perhaps enjoy a fresh Medoc oysters tasting, or opt for the Bunker archaeology tour.
Day 4 - Bordeaux - Cadillac - Libourne
Enjoy a visit to one of the area’s finest estates for an intimate wine tasting before heading to Chateau de Cazeneuve, a 14th-century fortress which was once the favoured residence of Henry IV after he inherited it from his mother. Or perhaps discover the colourful life of Toulouse Lautrec at Château de Malromé before cruising onto Libourne.
Day 5 - Libourne (Saint-Émilion)
Libourne is situated along the confluence of the Isle and Dordogne rivers. Explore the majestic landscape of villages and vineyards that this picturesque town has to offer before heading to the neighbouring wine-making town of Saint-Émilion. Visit the magnificent Monolithic Church and a wine tasting at a beautiful château on a walking tour of this beautiful town.
Day 6 - Libourne - Bordeaux
Libourne’s sprawling farmers' market is a food lover’s paradise, with stands selling fresh produce, cheeses, charcuterie and more. Experience a 'village day' with a trip to the fantastic farmers market before cruising on to Bordeaux where an overnight stops allows the opportunity to explore this charming city at night.
Day 7 - Bordeaux
Spend your day exploring Bordeaux’s beautiful port of Quai des Chatrons which boasts amazing architecture, fantastic shops and exquisite wines. Explore La Cité du Vin, a one-of-a-kind cultural centre and museum that brings the heritage of wine to life through interactive exhibits, shows, academic seminars and more. Alternatively, uncover the remarkable heritage of Bordeaux on a guided walking tour. If you want to get active, perhaps explore the city on a guided bike tour.
