Gourmet Dining:

Seabourn are proud members of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs^tm and their world-class dining is further enhanced through a culinary partnership with world-renowned American Chef Thomas Keller. The Grill by Thomas Keller is reminiscent of a classic American in the 50s and 60s and focusses on updated versions of iconic dishes. For The Patio, Chef Keller has created exclusive signature Napa burgers and artisanal hot-dogs, whilst The Colonnade hosts special theme nights with dinners influenced by Chef Keller’s American childhood. Chef Keller also advises on all aspects of Seabourn’s culinary operations, sharing his expertise with Seabourn’s culinary team.

Seabourn’s award-winning cuisine uses the finest quality ingredients, infused with authentic regional flavours. Each Seabourn ship offers a choice of dining options, most of which have an open-seating policy. Complimentary fine wines are poured with lunch and dinner. Guests can also enjoy in-suite dining.

Enhanced Voyages:

Seabourn’s wide range of cruises covers all seven continents of the world, with over 464 ports of call. Seabourn offer around 12,000 carefully-crafted optional shore excursions, so guests can tailor their experience. Shore Experience by Seabourn is split into seven collections: Cultural; Bespoke; Adventure; Mindful Living; Epicurean; Essential and Journeys.  

Seabourn is also an official cruise partner of UNESCO World Heritage. With every optional tour booked, a donation is made to UNESCO’s World Heritage Fund. In selected locations, there are two types of UNESCO tours – World Heritage Tours visiting World Heritage Sites, and Discovery Tours where guests enjoy an exclusive, enhanced World Heritage shore excursion experience.

Seabourn Conversation is central to the Seabourn experience. Guests are invited to join fascinating conversations with explorers, chefs, scholars, performers and renowned experts from the arts.

Expedition Cruising:

Seabourn Venture launched in July 2022, as Seabourn’s first purpose-built expedition ship. Seabourn Venture offers an inclusive expedition experience with Zodiacs, mountain and e-bikes and snorkelling. Additional optional expedition experiences include kayaks, and the 6-guest submarine.

Whilst Seabourn Venture has been designed just for expedition cruising, Ventures By Seabourn is an optional shore excursion programme offered across the fleet of ships, with unique complimentary and optional experiences. Ventures By Seabourn is offered in Alaska, Antarctica, the Amazon, Australia and New Zealand, South Pacific, Northern Europe, Iceland, Greenland and South America. Share knowledge with an experienced expedition team of scientists, scholars and naturalists. In some ports of call, guests are invited to experience exhilarating sea-level adventures, launching from the ship on to a fleet of Zodiac inflatable boats or paddling in double sea kayaks. Experiences include cruising picturesque fjords, trekking on scenic islands, spotting wildlife and surveying massive icebergs. Ventures by Seabourn excursions are fun and no experience is required. All operate in small groups for a more personal experience, and all equipment is provided.

Luxurious Fleet of Ships:

Seabourn’s fleet of luxurious ships have been designed with style, elegance and grace. Each ship has ocean view suites – Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation are all-balcony suites, and 90% of Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest’s suites have a balcony.

Launched in July 2022, Seabourn Venture is Seabourn’s first luxury, purpose-built expedition cruise ship.
