Staff and passengers come from many European countries, and the official languages on board are French and English.
European River Cruises:
River Cruise Ships
CroisiEurope river ships are well-maintained in-house, frequently updated with new ships added regularly. The fleet is noted for its environmentally friendly equipment and systems. Most ships take 140-180 passengers on 2 or 3 decks. Each ship has individual colour schemes. Wi-Fi is available on board all ships.
Ships are split into 'Premium' and 'Standard' levels
All-Inclusive Dining
All meals are included during the river cruise with a buffet breakfast and a fixed menu for lunch and dinner with three or four courses. Alcoholic and soft drinks are available during meals, and are also complimentary from the bar (excpet Christmas Markets cruises). Cuisine and menus are designed around French gastronomy.
Optional Excursions
A range of optional excursions are available during the cruise, to allow you to tailor your holiday. There are also 'Classic' and 'Discovery' excursion packages available. 'Classic' are based on Culture, architecture and history whilst 'Discovery' are usually on foot but can also include tastings of local products, helicopter rides and bike tours. Use of headsets is included.
Hotel Barges:
Cruise through the heart of France along the canals on a 22-passenger Hotel Barge. These barges are perfect for couples, families or groups of friends. The hotel barges cruise through the regions of Alsace-Lorraine, Burgundy, Provence, Upper Loire, Champagne and the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris.
Each hotel barge carries 22 passengers and has 6 crew on board. Wi-Fi is available on board and bicycles are available for complimentary use. The sun-deck has parasols and deckchairs, and there is a Jacuzzi.
Africa:
CroisiEurope offer a selection of Africa cruises on three different ships, one ship for Egypt and two for Southern Africa. Premium ships African Dream and Zimbabwean Dream cruise along Lake Kariba, this is combined with hotel stays in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Victoria Falls. RV Da Vinci proudly sails the Nile River and offers a cruise with a tour of the highlights of ancient Egypt, including a chance to see the Great Pyramids of Giza.
Mekong River Cruises:

Ships
CroisiEurope Ships
The CroisiEurope fleet is one of the largest in Europe. Capacity on most ships ranges from 140 to 180 passengers in 70 to 90 cabins. There are lifts on ships with 3 decks.
Each ship has its own decor and style in the comfortable lounges and dining rooms.
Cabins have twin beds or a double bed, with a bathroom (shower, WC and washbasin) and towels provided onboard. They are also equipped with satellite television, radio, hairdryer and safe. Some ships have designated single cabins, or cabins designed for those with reduced mobility.
In Spain the Belle de Cadix has portholes on the lower deck, as does the Cyrano de Bergerac based in Bordeaux. The Sun Deck is equipped with recliners and deck chairs. There is a small external swimming pool on ships located in Portugal, Spain and Italy.
All the CroisiEurope European river cruise ships are split into Premium and Standard categories. CroisiEurope also has paddlewheeler ships on the Loire and Elbe Rivers. The Hotel Barges cruise along the canals of France and only carry 22 guests. New for 2018, African Dream was also launched in Africa.

Ocean Ships:
La Belle de l'Adriatique and Le Belle des Oceans are CroisiEurope's ocean ships. The MV La Belle des Oc'ans is an elegant Premium ship measuring 103 meters long by 15 meters wide and has 7 decks that can accommodate 130 passengers in 65 spacious cabins and suites, all with exterior views. La Belle de l'Adriatique is a 4-deck Premium intimate-sized ship that docks in the heart of cities and accommodates only 197 passengers on board. The cabins on the upper and boarding decks have large windows, and those on the main and lower decks have portholes.

Croisieurope is Europe’s largest river cruise line and in full charge of catering on its ships. In charge of the company’s Chefs, Alain Bohn manages and designs his cuisine and specific menus in the tradition of French cooking with his passionate kitchen teams. Since 2013, Alain Bohn has been a member of the Maitres Cuisiniers de France.
Enjoy lunch and dinner in one sitting, with unlimited house wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
From time to time, CroisiEurope joins forces with a number of renowned Chefs such as Paul Bocuse (Abbeye de Collonges), Marc Haeberlin (Auberge de l’Ill) or Emile Jung (Le Crocodile) to organise special gastronomic experiences full of taste and flavour.
Dining onboard
Breakfast Buffet
Continental style in the restaurant - with Fresh breads, croissants, cereals, fruits, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, yogurts, and juices. Some hot items are available.
Lunch and Dinner
These are both full-service, with a number of set courses and unlimited house wine (choice of bottles), beer, soft drinks and mineral water (this is not applicable on departures during the festive season). Held at fixed times to fit the daily schedule, these are in one sitting, normally with tables of 4 to 8 organised at boarding. Coffee and tea are included after the meal.
Lunch and dinner menus are published in advance, and alternative dishes can be arranged if needed. Specific dietary requirements are catered for, and should be stated at the time of booking. Special occasion requirements should be requested in advance.
Gala Dinner
Towards the end of the cruise there will normally be a Gala Dinner with a distinctive special menu.
Bar and Lounge Drinks
Complimentary beverages are available at all times on all cruises except Christmas Markets cruises. Drinks included with the Southern Africa itinerary vary in the hotels.

Air Conditioning
All ships are air conditioned with individual adjustment in the cabins.
Anniversaries
Special discounts are available for couples celebrating 10, 20, 30 years of marriage in the year of the cruise.
Clothing
Plan casual dress for the daytime and suitable dress for the restaurant and Gala Evening. Dress is not formal.
Dining
All meals are taken in the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner are full-service. Tables seat 4 to 8. Specific dietary requirements should be stated at the time of reservation.
Drinks
Complimentary drinks are included at all times on all cruises exceot Christmas Markets cruises - house wine, beer, mineral water, fruit juice, plus tea or coffee.
Electricity
Electricity on board is 220v with European style sockets. You may need an adapter for any small personal items.
Excursions
A wide range of optional excursions are offered with bilingual guides where appropriate, and can be booked onboard.
Gratuities
Tipping is not included on CroisiEurope cruises. To leave a tip, an envelope is left in your cabin on the last day, which can then be placed in a special box in the reception area. Tipping is entirely and your discretion.
Hair dryers
All cabins have hair dryers for passenger use.
Laundry
A laundry service is not available on board
Medical Services
The Purser will undertake to reach a doctor or emergency services at the nearest landing stage. There is no doctor on board. A defibrillator is available on board.
Onboard Language
The main language on board is French, with notices and announcements in English and other languages according to passengers onboard. Many staff and tour guides speak English.
Payment Onboard
The currency used onboard is the Euro. Cash, cheques and credit cards are accepted. There is no exchange onboard.
Reception Desk
The Purser is available for advice and assistance. Passengers are welcomed onboard and shown to their cabins. A welcome drink is served in the lounge and the crew introduce themselves, and outline the sequence of events for the cruise and the excursions.
Safety Deposit Boxes
A safe is available in every cabin.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside CroisiEurope ships, smoking areas are allocated on deck.
Souvenir Shop
The souvenir shop offers postcards, stamps, souvenirs and practical items. Opening hours are displayed onboard according to visits.
Television
Each cabin has colour satellite TV and will receive some programmes in English.
