With their striking minimalistic design and contemporary feel, an Emerald River Cruises European ship is comparable to a chic hotel, carrying up to just 182 passengers. Most European ships have a heated swimming pool with retractable roof which can be transformed into a cinema at night. Most cabins feature either a French or full balconies as well as flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi access and bottled water, restocked daily. On Russia, Emerald Rossia is a traditional and authentic Russian ship. Both Mekong ships, Mekong Navigator and Emerald Harmony, offer spacious cabins, a restaurant serving delicious regionally-inspired dishes, and a large sun deck for taking in the ever-changing vistas.

Dining

The experienced onboard chefs prepare dishes of the highest quality which showcase the delicious cuisine that Europe has to offer. Every day you can enjoy a hot and cold buffet breakfast and lunch with a variety of appetisers, main courses and desserts. In the evenings, there is a four-course dinner serving international and regional specialities. The Reflections Restaurant is the main restaurant and offers an informal setting, whilst The Terrace located at the bow of the ships is perfect for alfresco dining. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout your cruise and a selection of European red and white wines, local beers and soft drinks are served with lunch and dinner on board. In Russia, Emerald Rossia features a main restaurant serving Russian-influenced food and the Tsar Bar where you can relax with your favourite drink. Enjoy complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner on Emerald Rossia.

On the Mekong in Asia, Mekong Navigator all meals are served in the main dining room. On Emerald Harmony, meals are served in the Reflections Restaurant whilst the Horizon Bar and Lotus Lounge are great places to relax.

Guided excursions take you to Europe’s must-see sights and local hidden gems, and with the EmeraldPLUS programme, you’ll enjoy extra special experiences at no extra cost including traditional afternoon tea with a Slovakian family in Bratislava. English speaking local guides accompany every excursion and you will be provided with a personal headset so you can listen to your guide as you explore at your own pace.

Croatia Yacht Cruises

Boutique yachts Adriatic Pearl and Adriatic Princess II carry just 36 guests on cruises along the Croatian coast, with rear ladders allowing easy access to the sea for swimming and snorkelling. Meals are served in the Terrace restaurant. Most Croatia coast yacht cruises are half board, to give guests the opportunity to dine at leisure when moored.
