Learn about the history of Cambridge, an authentic Chesapeake town where there is the chance to sail on board a traditional oyster-dredging boat, and visit Oxford which is one of the oldest towns in America and home to the original Oxford-Bellevue ferry. Stroll along the pretty waterfront in St Michaels and perhaps visit learn more about the maritime heritage of the area at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Experience the 18th-century atmosphere of Annapolis where there is the opportunity to explore the US Naval Academy with an expert guide.

Day 1Baltimore (USA)
Embark ship in Baltimore, a lively maritime city full of colonial history including the famous Star-Spangled Banner flying over the revolutionary war-era Port McHenry.
Day 2Yorktown - Williamsburg
Yorktown transformed the history of the USA, and is home to monumental battlefields, recreate Army camps and authentic colonial homes. Today's complimentary excursion is a trolley tour through the town to see the historic buildings and battlefields. In colonial Williamsburg there is an optional tour of this living history site to interact with tradespeople who use real period tools and techniques.
Day 3Crisfield - Tangier
Crisfield is known as the Crab Capital of the World. There is an optional guided stroll through downtown to discover the history of this former fishing village which dates back over 400 years. The unique island of Tangier can be explored on a complimentary excursion; travel by ferry to the island and enjoy local cuisine at Lorraine's Restaurant then explore the delightful village at leisure and perhaps visit the Tangier Island History Museum.
Day 4Cambridge - Oxford
Cambridge is an authentic Chesapeake town with a lively arts scene. There is the chance to sail along the scenic Choptank river on skipjack Nathan, a traditional oyster dredging boat, or visit the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center. Oxford is one of the oldest towns in America and there is a complimentary excursion to the Choptank River Lighthouse, a replica of a historic lighthouse that once guided sailors along the Choptank river. An optional excursion is a walking tour accompanied by a local guide who will tell the history of this picturesque town.
Day 5St Michaels
St Michaels has a picturesque waterfront, quaint boutiques and old Victorian homes. There is the option to enjoy a private tour of Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum or join a cruise through Chesapeake Bay's amazing ecological systems.
Day 6Annapolis
Annapolis is like a living museum, with thousands of historic buildings lining the streets. There is the chance to experience naval life with a visit to the US Naval Academy where an expert guide will show you the historic grounds, or join a trolley tour through the city to learn about its 350 year history.
Day 7Baltimore
Disembark ship in Baltimore.
