Day 1 - Boston (Massachusetts)

Embark your ship in Boston.

Day 2 - Portland (Maine)

The historic seaport of Portland looks over beautiful Casco Bay and showcases a combination of big-city excitement and small-town charm. Explore the fascinating 360-year history and admire the Victorian-era buildings as you stroll along cobblestone streets. Enjoy a narrated tour of Portland led by a local guide.

Day 3 - Bar Harbor

Nestled on the east side of Mt. Desert Island and surrounded by Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor's lovely vistas and abundant wildlife have welcomed visitors for over one hundred years. Perhaps enjoy a guided tour of Acadia National Park to see the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the first land in the United States touched by the morning sun, and Thunder Hole, an inlet naturally carved out of rocks where the waves spout water as high as 40 feet.

Day 4 - RocklandCamden

On the way to Rockland, pass through Merchants Row, the lovely 6-mile passage lined with evergreens. In Rockland, visit the Rockland City museums including the Owls Head Transportation Museum, which has one of the finest collections of pioneer-era aircraft and automobiles in the world, and the Farnsworth Museum. Alternatively, enjoy the flavours of local lobster, mussles and clams, dining under a covered tent. The charming village of Camden is often described as the 'Tall Ship Capital of Maine' and features quaint shops and art galleries. Why not ascent Mt. Day 5 - Camden

The charming village of Camden is often described as the 'Tall Ship Capital of Maine' and features quaint shops and art galleries. Why not ascent Mt. Battie and enjoy the panoramic views of Camden, Penobscot Bay and surrounding islands? Enjoy a historical walking tour of Camden and learn about its industrial beginnings.

Day 6 - Boothbay Harbor

This lovely, historic town is lined with shops, boutiques, and picture-perfect harbours dotted with lobster boats, pleasure crafts, and windjammers. Perhaps visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens which is one of the most distinguished botanical destinations in the country.

Day 7 - Gloucester (Massachusetts)

Gloucester is home to America's oldest seaport and the oldest working art colony in North America. The beautiful waterfront has drawn fishermen, artists and visitors for over 400 years. Admire the lovely views and perhaps savour delicious seafood in one of the waterfront restaurants. There is also the opportunity to visit the Maritime Heritage Centre and enjoy a narrated sightseeing tour on an optional excursion.

Day 8 - Newport (Rhode Island)

Newport is nestled within Narragansett Bay Newport, the yachting capital of the world and showcases pristine beaches, historic neighbourhoods and a scenic waterfront. Enjoy a guided tour of Fort Adams and meet a park ranger who will delve deeper into the history of the fort and the military and naval strategies implemented there. A supplementary optional Avenue of the Mansions excursion takes you down one of the most architecturally impressive avenues.

Day 9 - Martha's Vineyard (Massachusetts)

Martha's Vineyard was once a hub for cargo ships but is now a bustling and popular holiday resort attraction people from far and wide each year. The island is comprised of six towns. Perhaps enjoy a guided tour of the island including Oak Bluffs with its quaint gingerbread cottages, the scenic harbour of Vineyard Haven, and West Tisbury reminiscent of a Currier & Ives print. Stroll through the quaint village of Edgartown where you will have time to shop and explore.

Day 10 - Provincetown

Provincetown is one of the most popular holiday destinations of Cape Cod and boasts colourful architecture, quaint shops and relaxing beaches. Learn about the rich history and culture of Provincetown during a trolley tour before heading to Race Point Beach for a visit to the Race Point Lighthouse.

Day 11 - Boston

Disembark in Boston.
