Ocean Diamond

Ocean Diamond is one of the most popular ships in the fleet, especially with solo travellers as it has dedicated single cabins, and carries a maximum of 189 passengers. She has an ice-strengthened hull and two stabilizers. There are 101 elegantly-designed cabins and suites, all with exterior views. The speed of the vessel saves up to 12 hours of cruising across the Drake Passage.

Cabins:

Triple Cabin - approx 200 sq. ft. with two twin beds and an upper bed. It has two portholes. These cabins have a private bathroom with shower. There is a refrigerator, TV and DVD player (please note that porthole covers may be closed during sea days and during bad weather as a safety precaution)

Twin Obstructed View Cabin - approx 200 sq. ft. with one double bed or two twin beds. These cabins have a picture window (obstructed view) and a private a bathroom with shower. There is a refrigerator, TV and DVD player

Twin Window Cabin - between 183 and 200 sq. ft. with a double bed or two twin beds. These cabins have a picture window and a private a bathroom with shower. There is a refrigerator, TV and DVD player

Single Porthole Cabin - approx 200 sq. ft. with a double bed and two porthole windows and a private bathroom with shower. There is a refrigerator, TV and DVD player (please note that porthole covers may be closed during sea days and during bad weather as a safety precaution)

Single Obstructed View Cabin - approx 200 sq. ft. with a double bed and a picture window (obstructed view by lifeboats). There is a private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV and DVD player

Suite - approx 400 sq. ft. with one double bed or two twin bds. There are two picture windows. These suites have two private bathrooms and a separate sitting area with sofa, chair and small table. There are two refrigerators, TVs and a DVD player

Balcony Suite - approx 325 sq. ft. including the balcony.  This suite has one double bed or two twin beds. There is a full-size window with sliding glass door that leads to a private balcony with chairs. There is a private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV and DVD player
