Cruise from Athens to Venice along the Croatian coast, with late nights in port and extended destination days to enable you to discover the medieval walled cities and glittering islands of the Adriatic in depth.

Visit Montenegro’s well-preserved old town of Kotor, a delight to explore with its narrow, winding lanes and hidden courtyards. Enjoy an extended day in Dubrovnik, stroll the marble streets and watch the sun set over the 13th century city walls. The heavenly scent of lavender perfumes the air in the fields and valleys around the island of Hvar, a favourite getaway since the time of the Romans. With its palm-tree lined seafront, Split is custodian of the riches of culture and history found within the walls of the Roman emperor Diocletian’s Palace. Zadar is a truly captivating city, where history-drenched cobblestone streets are surrounded by blue sea, green olive groves and white stone.

9-Night Croatia Intensive Voyage Itinerary

Day 1 - Athens (Piraeus), Greece

Home to the Acropolis, Athens has quite a reputation to live up to: Named for Athena, Goddess of Wisdom, the city is credited with being the cradle of European civilization and birthplace of democracy. Embark ship.

Day 2 - At Sea

Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea. Indulge in a treatment at Sanctum Spa, stay ship shape with a class at our fitness centre, or lounge the day away on our sunny pool deck. In the evening, savour inspired Italian cuisine at Aqualina, or relish in a classic steakhouse experience at Prime C. Plus, you’ll find plenty of exciting evening entertainment, from thrilling shows at Cabaret Lounge to intimate performances in the Living Room.

Day 3 - Kotor, Montenegro

One of Europe’s best-preserved cities of medieval or Renaissance vintage, Kotor’s walls were constructed right into the slopes of the mountain behind it, making it an amazing sight on approach from the sea.

Day 4 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

To visit Dubrovnik is to step back in time to the Middle Ages, as the town is one massive museum of fountains, palaces and churches, with thick walls that date back to the 13th century and encircle the city.

Day 5 - Hvar Island - Split, Croatia

With its fertile plains, fresh water springs, fields of lavender, fruit orchards, ancient olive trees and vineyards, it’s no wonder Hvar frequently appears on lists of the world’s most appealing islands.

Day 6 - Split, Croatia

Its Adriatic seaside lined with palm trees, Split is the largest city in Dalmatia, and custodian of the riches of culture and history found within and around the walls of the Roman emperor Diocletian’s palace.

Day 7 - Sibenik, Croatia

One of the best ways to see Sibenik is to lose yourself (but not really!) in the side streets and alleys that lead to charming shops and squares. Since the countryside around Sibenik is a major wine-producing region, be sure to take a break at one of the city’s many restaurants and enjoy a local red babić paired with some fresh Adriatic seafood.

Day 8 - Zadar, Croatia

Perched on Adriatic Sea in Croatia, Zadar is a truly captivating city, where history-drenched cobblestone streets meet contemporary life, and are then surrounded by blue sea, green olive groves and white stone.

Day 9 - Pula, Croatia

Pula may be a relatively undiscovered gem by most modern-day travellers, but with its protected harbour and strategic location on the southern tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, it’s proven a popular hit with invaders.

Day 10 - Venice (Chioggia), Italy

Experience Venice, one of the most captivating—and romantic—cities in the world. Tour the city’s cobblestone streets and overarching bridges, or take to the water and explore the canals on a water taxi or gondola. As you make your way through the city, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to shop, sample delicious Veneto wines, or people watch in Piazza San Marco. Disembark ship.
