Admire dramatic peaks and verdant valleys as you venture into the heart of fjordland on this superb no-fly voyage in the spring.

Take a stroll through the historic Gamla Stavanger district with its distinctive wooden architecture during your time in Stavanger, before cruising to pretty Eidfjord, close to the famous Voringfossen waterfall. Your ship then glides through the awe-inspiring scenery of Hardangerfjord to Olden, gateway to the astonishing Briksdal Glacier and serene Lovatnet Lake.

Cruise back along the breathtaking Nordfjord and on to Hanseatic Bergen, renowned for the UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf, and the lakeside former home of famous composer Edvard Grieg. A funicular railway runs to the top of Mount Floyen which offers an incredible bird's eye view of the city. Scenic cruising of Lysefjord is your last chance to capture the beauty of fjordland and makes for a memorable finale to your cruise.

Springtime Scenery of the Fjordland Itinerary

Day 1 - Southampton (UK)

Embark your ship in Southampton.

Day 2 - At sea

Enjoy the facilities on board during a day at sea.

Day 3 - Stavanger (Norway)

Stavanger has a strong seafaring history and tradition. The old town, Gamle Stavanger, has narrow winding streets and ancient wooden houses which encircle the historic market. There are two popular museums in the city - the Norwegian Petroleum Museum and the Herring Canning Museum.

Day 4 - Eidfjord - Hardangerfjord

Charming Eidfjord is nestled in Hardangerfjord and has two quaint churches, one of which dates back to 1309. The Troll Train is a great way to see the region's incredible scenery and takes in Hæreid, the largest Viking burial site from the Iron Age. Eidfjord is the gateway to the infamous Voringfossen Waterfall. Later, cruise Hardangerfjord.

Day 5 - Olden - Nordfjord

Olden is set against a backdrop of green meadows ablaze with colourful flowers. In the centre of the village is the Old Church, built in 1759 on the site of a 14th century stave church. The Oldedalen Valley extends for miles beyond Olden and promises sheer cliffs, spectacular waterfalls and sparkling glaciers. Later, cruise Nordfjord.

Day 6 - Bergen

Seven hills and seven fjords frame Hanseatic Bergen, a city steeped in maritime heritage. It is a city renowned for the 900-year-old UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf with its traditional half-timbered buildings. The city has a lively fish market and hosts one of Norway's biggest cultural events of the year, the Bergen International Festival. Norway's most famous composer, Edvard Grieg. lived in the city.

Day 7 - Lysefjord

The ship cruises Lysefjord, lined by magnificent mountains and dramatic cliff faces.

Day 8 - At sea

Enjoy the facilities on board during a day at sea.

Day 9 - Southampton (UK)

Disembark your ship in Southampton.
