Head to Skye to view the majestic scenery of Loch Coruisk and stroll through the gardens of Armadale Castle before sailing to the Kyle of Lochalsh and iconic Eilean Donan Castle. Enjoy walking around Portree on the Isle of Skye and explore the landscape of Eigg on foot before enjoying a tour of Ardnamurchan Distillery.

Highland and Island Discovery Itinerary

Day 1 - Oban (Scotland)

Embark Hebridean Princess in Oban.

Day 2 - Fort William - Ballachulish

Fort William is home to Britain's only mountain gondola which rises over 2000 feet on the north face of Aonach Mor. Continue on to Ballachulish and learn more about the majestic Glencoe at the visitor centre.

Day 3 - Loch a Choire

Wander through the unspoilt 14,000-acre Kingairloch Estate before enjoying a relaxing cruise through the Sound of Mull and around Ardnamurchan Point.

Day 4 - Rum - Loch Scavaig

Discover the Isle of Rum and visit the folly of Kinloch Castle, the first private residence in Scotland to have electricity. Later, discover the wild landscape of Loch Coruisk on Skye, dominated by the Black Cuillin.

Day 5 - Armadale - Kyle of Lochalsh

Explore Armadale Castle which is said to be the spiritual home of Clan Donald; the romantic castle ruins are surrounded by historic gardens and woodland trails. Visit iconic Eilean Donan, the most photographed castle in Scotland.

Day 6 - Portree

Enjoy walks ashore at Portree on Skye, the last meeting place between Flora MacDonald and Bonnie Prince Charlie, then cruise Kyle Rhea and the Narrows.

Day 7 - Eigg - Glenmore Bay

Spend today walking on the beautiful and historic island of Eigg which is a haven for wildlife, then sample some whisky at Scotland's greenest distillery, Ardnamurchan.

Day 8 - Oban

Disembark Hebridean Princess in Oban.
