Day 1 - London Tilbury (UK)

Day 3 - Wismar

Medieval Wismar was once an important trading port and has a beautiful Old Quarter, characterised by stunning gabled architecture. Perhaps travel to nearby Berlin and see the iconic sights, or head to Hamburg on the banks of the River Elbe.

Day 4 - Ronne (Denmark)

The beautiful town of Ronne is the capital of Bornholm Island and has always been an important trading post. The community predominantly relies on fishing and farming, but has diversified into tourism in recent years.

Day 5 - Visby (Sweden)

The medieval port of Visby is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See reminders of its Hanseatic heyday as you stroll along the cobbled streets or perhaps discover some of the town's keys sights including the magnificent Powder Tower and colourful Botantical Gardens.

Day 6 - Nynashamn

Nynashamn lies on the southern tip of Sodertorn and is the gateway to the 700-year old capital of Stockholm. Explore Gamla Stan, the medieval Old Town or visit the Vasa Museum built around a 17th-century warship on optional excursions.

Day 7 - Baltiysk (Russia)

The pretty town of Baltiysk lies at the entrance of a narrow peninsula separating the Frisches Lagoon from the Baltic Sea. Highlights include the magnificent Shkola Pillau, the spectacular Monument to Empress Elizabeth, and Fort Zapadny.

Day 8 - Gdansk (Poland)

Gdansk was one of the wealthiest cities in the Hanseatic League. Admire the magnificent Oliwa cathedral, head to the impressive 15th-century merchant's palace of Artus Court or explore Solidarity Square during your time here.

Day 9 - Mukran (Germany)

Marco Polo moors at Mukran, the port for Sassnitz. The resort town of Sassnitz is located on the beautiful island of Rugen and home to HMS Otus which is now a naval museum. Jasmund National Park is a popular attraction with its striking chalk cliffs, beech forests and numerous trails.
