Day 3 - La Coruna (Spain)
The city of Coruna is renowned for its Roman lighthouse, Torre De Hercules, and diverse architectural styles. It also has an impressive seafront promenade and beautiful beaches. The old quarter, known as Ciudad Vieja, is where you'll find the Plaza de María Pita which features the Estatua de María Pita statue.
Day 4 - Aviles
The Spanish city of Avilés is steeped in history. This former maritime and farming town is now one of the country’s most important industrial centres. The Old Town has several historic squares and plazas, linked by boulevards from centuries part. The collection of stunning historic buildings includes the Camposagrado Palace and the Palacio de Valdecarzana.
Day 5 - Santander
Santander is located between Gijon and Bilbao and has impressive buildings set against a natural backdrop of sea and mountains. The Palacio de la Magdalena sites on a rocky peninsula, while the Cathedral de Santander sites in the heart of the city centre. The Paseo de Pereda runs alongside the beautiful Jardines de Pereda gardens .
Day 6 - Gironde and Garonne Rivers (France) - Bordeaux
Your ship cruises the Gironde and Garonne Rivers into the heart of Bordeaux. Regarded by many as the world's wine capital, Bordeaux offers far more than just vineyards. Stretching along the banks of the Garonne, the city was awarded UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 2007. In the historic centre is the Gothic Cathedrale Saint-Andre and the Musee des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux.
