See the sights of Dublin, capital of the Emerald Isle, renowned for its history, literary tradition and mix of architecture, before cruising to pretty Cobh, from where it possible to visit the legendary Blarney Castle. Astoria then calls at Bantry, near to the Ring of Kerry, a stunning scenic drive past rolling hills and rugged coastline, before returning to Poole.

Day 1 - Poole (England)

Embark Astoria in Poole.

Day 2 - At Sea

Enjoy the ship’s facilities on a relaxing day at sea.

Day 3 - Belfast (Northern Ireland)

The cosmopolitan city of Belfast is home to Titanic Belfast, the museum exploring the legend of the Titanic. At the heart of today’s cosmopolitan city is Belfast’s elegant City Hall, which stands in Donegal Square. Perhaps discover the extraordinary Giant’s Causeway on an optional excursion from the city.

Day 4 - Stornoway (Outer Hebrides)

Originally a Viking settlement, Stornoway is today the main town on the beautiful island of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Explore the local specialist shops selling handcrafted goods from the Outer Hebrides including jewellery and the famous Harris Tweed. The Isle of Lewis is considered to be the heartland of the Gaelic culture, and is home to some important prehistoric sites including the Neolithic Callanish Stones and Pictish Carloway Broch.

Day 5 - Oban (Scotland)

Arrive in Oban, the seafood capital of the Highlands. Perhaps discover the dramatic landscapes of the Highlands or visit Glencoe Visitor Centre.

Day 6 - Fort William

Set on the shores of Loch Linnhe and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, Fort William is close to the magnificent Ben Nevis.

Day 7 - At Sea

Enjoy the ship’s facilities on a relaxing day at sea.

Day 8 - Dublin (Ireland)

Dublin is the capital of the Emerald Isle and boasts a superb mix of medieval, Georgian and modern architecture. The city is home to Dublin Castle, Trinity College and majestic Four Courts. Perhaps cross the Ha’penny Bridge, one of Dublin’s most famous landmarks.

Day 9 - Cobh

Cobh lies at the mouth of the River Lee and has one of the best natural harbours in the world. See the brightly coloured houses which line the streets from the waterfront and the imposing St Coleman's Cathedral. Cobh is also the gateway to the city of Cork and optional excursions to the legendary Blarney Castle.

Day 10 - Bantry

The pretty town of Bantry is situated at the head of Bantry Bay and is your gateway to the Ring of Kerry, a spectacular route which winds past breathtaking scenery, white-sand beaches and traditional villages.

Enjoy the ship’s facilities on a relaxing day at sea.

Day 12 - Poole (England)

Disembark Astoria in Poole.
