Thailand and Penang Itinerary
Day 1 - Phuket (Thailand)
Embark Star Clipper in Phuket, Thailand's largest island which has retained much of its local culture.
Day 2 - Ko Butang or Ko Adang
Visit the island of Ko Butang or head to Ko Adang which lies north of Ko Lipe and is perfect for snorkelling.
Day 3 - Penang (Malaysia)
The island of Penang was part of the Malay sultanate until 1786. Highlights include the Reclining Buddha and the streets of Georgetown, lined with historical buildings, including 19th-century merchant houses.
Day 4 - Ko Adang (Butang archipelago, Thailand)
Ko Adang lies north of Ko Lipe and is perfect for snorkelling.
Day 5 - Ko Rok Nok
Ko Rok Nok boasts some of the most pristine beaches in Thailand as well as adbundant marine life and corals.
Day 6 - Phang Nga Bay - Ko Hong
See the magnificent limestone karsts which rise from the emerald-green waters of Phang Nga Bay. This afternoon, head to Ko Hong island off Krabi.
Day 7 - Similan Island or Ko Miang
The Similian archipelago is considered one of the best diving locations in the world. Visit one of the beautiful islands and keep an eye out for wildlife including crab-eating monkeys and lizards. Or visit Ko Miang.
Day 8 - Phuket
Disembark Star Clipper in Phuket.
