Introduced in 2010 and 2011, AmaBella and AmaVerde have innovatory Twin Balconies, with an outside sit-on balcony and a separate French balcony. On these ships the Twin Balcony Cabins are 210 or 235 square feet, with the Owner's Suite a massive 350 square feet. Other cabins have French balconies, and are generally larger than most other river cruise ships. On the lower deck are twin window cabins.
AmaBella and AmaVerde operate some of APT's all-inclusive luxury river cruises which feature included beverages throughout the cruise, exceptional Signature Experiences and Freedom of Choice options, with Butler Service plus in-cabin dining according to cabin category.
Both ships have specialist restaurants with gourmet quality food and a Chef's Table restaurant at the rear of the ship. Bottled water is provided in cabins, which are serviced twice daily.
All cabins have a spacious interior including a sitting area with table and chair; a custom-designed queen or twin DreamBed; an Infotainment system with a personal computer and included wireless internet, TV, music and box office movies; an ensuite bathroom with hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries; a large wardrobe with safe, full-length mirror; individual climate control.
Inside, enjoy the views from the main lounge or the fireside library lounge, with bar, plush sofas, and floor to ceiling windows, plus an external teak front deck. There are comfortable chairs and a heated swimming pool on the Sun Deck.
On board there is a fitness centre, massage and beauty salon, boutique shop, 24-hour Reception area with tea and coffee facilities, a lift for easy movement between levels (except Lower Deck). Complimentary bicycles for on-shore exploration are carried on board.
