Explore the magical city of Vienna, tour the majestic Schönbrunn Palace or see the famous Lipizzaner horses at the world-renowned Spanish Riding School. Discover the tiny charming city of Bratislava before sailing along the Danube to Budapest. This beautiful city can be explored on a guided tour, before attending an exclusive private classical music concert at the majestic Godollo Royal Palace.

In Kalosca experience a traditional horse show before sailing to Mohacs. Here, you can visit the village of Villany for a local wine tasting. In Osijek take a guided city tour or join a guided bike tour through the local countryside. You can also enjoy a traditional meal as a special guest in the home of a local family, before cruising to the Serbian capital of Belgrade.

The Majestic East Itinerary

Day 1 - UK – Vienna (Austria)

Fly from a choice of regional airports to Vienna before transferring to the luxury ship. Tonight enjoy a welcome reception. (D)

Day 2 - Vienna

Enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful city and take in the essential sights. Alternatively, tour majestic Schönbrunn Palace, the Habsburgs’ opulent summer palace, or visit the world-renowned Spanish Riding School and see the Lipizzaner Stallions perfecting their skills during their morning exercise program or tour the stables. Day 3 - Bratislava (Slovakia)

Explore the charming cobbled streets of beautiful Bratislava with a knowledgeable local guide and discover all that this historic city has to offer. Alternatively, learn about the city's history on a guided tour or head to the magnificent Devin castle and sample the currant wine. There is also the option to join a bicycle tour. (B,L,D)

Day 4 - Budapest (Hungary)

Budapest is architecturally magnificent, with spires and domes piercing the sky, mighty buildings commanding the riverbanks and astounding views from the Fisherman’s Bastion. Join a guided tour through this splendid city, often considered the most beautiful in Europe, or opt for the walking tour of the Buda side. Day 5 - Kalocsa

Cruise to the Baroque town of Kalocsa on the edge of the great Hungarian plain. It is renowned for its decorative embroidery and paprika production. Enjoy a traditional Hungarian horse show. (B,L,D)

Day 6 - Mohacs

From Mohacs, perhaps explore Pecs or visit the village of Villany and learn about everyday life in Hungary, while enjoying a local wine tasting. (B,L,D)

Day 7 - Osijek (Croatia)

Explore the magnificent architecture of Osijek on a guided tour. For the more active type, take a guided bike ride through Osijek’s countryside. Later, enjoy an exclusive Scenic Enrich experience. You’ll be invited into the home of a local family for a traditional home-cooked dinner and the chance to discover what everyday life is like. With great food and wonderful company, this will be a magnificent meal and a rare opportunity for one-on-one contact with local people. (B,L,D)

Day 8 - Belgrade (Serbia) – UK

After breakfast, transfer to Belgrade for the return flight to the UK. (B)
