Tastes of Imperial Europe Itinerary

Day 1 - UK - Vienna (Austria)

Fly from a choice of UK airports to Vienna where you'll board your ship. (D)

Day 2 - Vienna

Enjoy a tour of the city with highlights including the State Opera, City Park with its gilded bronze monument of Johann Strauss, and St Stephen's Cathedral. Alternatively, visit the opulent rooms of Schonbrunn Palace or learn about the history of Viennese coffee culture. Spend the afternoon at leisure. (B,L,D)

Day 3 - Bratislava (Slovakia)

Join a local guide for an exciting tour of Bratislava, or head to the home of a local family to gain an insight into their everyday lives. Alternatively, go behind the iron curtain and discover the city's communist-era history on a guided excursion. This afternoon, relax on board as you cruise to Budapest. (B,L,D)

Day 4 - Budapest (Hungary)

Enjoy a guided tour of the city taking in the Fisherman's Bastion and Heroes' Square. If you're feeling active, join the hiking tour up the World Heritage-listed Buda Hill, with highlights including Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion. Alternatively, head to the labyrinths of the Hospital in the Rock underneath the Castle District. Day 5 - Budapest - UK

Disembark your ship and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK. (B)
