Day 1 - UK - Passau (Germany)
Fly from the UK and embark ship in Passau. Enjoy a Welcome Concert by the Salzburg Soloists on board this evening.
Day 2 - Emmersdorf (Austria) - Vienna
Cruise to Emmersdorf for an included visit to the famous Melk Abbey followed by a special concert by by the Slovak Quintet in the famous hall of St Koloman. In Vienna there is an optional concert by the Vienna Mozart Orchestra in the Brahms Hall of the Musikverein.
Day 3 - Vienna
Explore the city on a guided tour this morning then explore the city at leisure or join the optional excursion to the opulent Schonnbrunn Palace and its extensive grounds. This evening enjoy an on-board performance by the Kudlak Quartet.
Day 4-5 - Budapest (Hungary)
Join the optional morning city tour of Buda whose highlights include the Fisherman's Bastion and St Maathew's Church, then this evening enjoy a lively Hungarian folklore show followed by a romantic cruise through the illuminated city of Budapest. The following day enjoy a private concert by the Slovak Quartet in the Duna Palace and a guided city tour of Pest.
Day 6 - Bratislava (Slovakia)
This morning there is a city tour of Bratislava, home to the summer residence of the archbishop, a restored old town and the magnificent Primatial Palace, with a concert in Mozyes Hall by Martin Ivanov, celebrating the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth. This evening there is a Gala Dinner on board.
Day 7 - Linz (Austria)
Explore Linz on a guided walking tour then enjoy an on-board concert this evening by the Salzburg Soloists.
Day 8 - Passau - UK
Disembark ship in Passau and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
