Italian Adventure Itinerary

Day 1 - 2 - Venice (Italy)

Embark Crystal Serenity and meet your fellow guests on board before staying overnight in Venice. Spend the following day exploring this incredibly romantic city with its colourful marketplaces and town squares. Marvel at St. Mark's Basilica and the Palazzo Ducale.

Day 3 - Split (Croatia)

Explore the charming city of Split which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the impressive Diocletian's Palace which is one of the most famous and integral architectural and cultural constructs on the Croatian Adriatic coast.

Day 4 - Kotor (Montenegro)

Kotor’s magnificent Venetian ramparts make an amazing sight as you approach by sea. Discover the well-preserved Old City of Kotor with buildings typical of the Middle Ages and medieval architecture, criss-crossed narrow streets and bustling squares.

Day 5 - Corfu (Greece)

Immerse yourself in the glorious scenery beaches, serene monasteries, beautiful palaces and traditional mountain towns of Corfu. Take the opportunity to visit the ornate Achilleion Palace, take a trip to a winery for a wine-tasting session followed by a cookery lesson in a private home or enjoy an exclusive private painting lesson with the president of the Corfu Painters Society.

Day 6 - At Sea

Enjoy the ships facilities during a relaxing day at sea.

Day 7 - Athens

Piraeus is Greece's largest port and has been a gateway to the Mediterranean since 482 BC. From here, explore the ancient city of Athens with its magnificent Acropolis and array of ancient ruins.

Day 8 - Santorini

Santorini is often considered the most beautiful of all the Cyclades Islands. Admire the whitewashed villages and blue-domed churches and head to the capital, Thira, which offers panoramic views over the Aegean.

Day 9 - At Sea

Enjoy the ships facilities during a relaxing day at sea.

Day 10 - Valletta (Malta)

The island nation of Malta is a treasure trove of cultures. Valletta, its fortified main city, rises dramatically from the water. Explore the city's historical monuments including the Magisterial Palace and St. John's Cathedral.

Day 11 - Giardini Naxos, Sicily (Italy)

From Giardini Naxos explore the seaside town of Taormina, situated on Sicily's eastern coast. Enjoy spectacular views, ancient heritage sites and stunning beaches. Perhaps travel to the slopes of Mt Etna for a wine-tasting at a vineyard on the slopes of the volcano, explore the well-preserved Greek and Roman ruins at Syracuse or enjoy time at the famous botanical gardens at Villa Trinita followed by a cookery demonstration.

Day 12 - Sorrento (Italy)

Romantic Sorrento perches high above the sea overlooking the Bay of Naples. Why not take a full day tour to stunning Capri and Positano, travel to the ancient sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum or enjoy a private cookery lesson at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Day 13 - Civitavecchia

Disembark Crystal Serenity in Civitavecchia.
