Cruise to the lovely island of Sardinia then on to the ancient town of Bonifacio in Corsica, perched high on the white granite cliffs. See Calvi's impressive 15th-century citadel and magnificent 16th-century cathedral then explore the brightly coloured picture-postcard fishing village of Portofino.

Call at glamorous Cannes on the fashionable French Riviera, where luxury yachts line the harbour and celebrities laze on the beautiful beaches, and St Tropez, popular with the rich and famous. Head to colourful Villefranche-sur-Mer before concluding this cruise in Nice. Make the most of the yacht's retractable marina for a range of watersport activities including kayaking, water skiing and snorkelling in the warm Mediterranean waters.

Corsica to the Italian and French Rivieras Itinerary

Day 1 - Civitavecchia (Italy)

Embark SeaDream I in Civitavecchia.

Day 2 - Porto Cervo (Sardinia)

The seaside resort of Porto Cervo combines Greek, North African, Spanish and Italian architecture and is surrounded by the magnificent coastal scenery of the Costa Smeralda and stunning beaches. Perhaps enjoy a round of golf at the extraordinary Pevero Golf Club, considered to be one of the most beautiful courses in the world.

Day 3 - Bonifacio (Corsica)

Enjoy amazing views of soaring limestone cliffs and the famous Aragon steps on the approach to the beautiful Mediterranean town of Bonifacio. A mini-tram travels to the oldest part of Bonifacio from where there are panoramic views across to Sardinia.

Day 4 - Calvi

Calvi has a magnificent 15th-century citadel, the 16th-century Cathedral of St Jean Baptiste, a fascinating museum where you can learn about the history of Corsica and a stunning white sandy beach.

Day 5 - Portovenere (Italy)

The 12th-century town of Portovenere's tall, brightly-coloured houses cling to a narrow rocky promontory above the sea, making it one of the most unique towns of the Ligurian coast. Perhaps explore the town on a guided walking tour with an included wine tasting, or discover the fairytale castles, vineyards and pastel-coloured villages of the Cinque Terre.

Day 6 - Portofino

Portofino on the Italian Riviera is popular with the rich and famous and has several upmarket boutiques and luxury hotels. Why not hike along the coastline, past olive groves and vineyards, to discover traditional Mediterranean towns and villages or enjoy a superb lunch and olive oil tasting at the world-famous Splendido Hotel.

Day 7 - Cannes (France)

Cannes enjoys a warm climate which allows lemon, orange and olive trees to thrive. Optional excursions include a trip to Grasse to create your own unique perfume, the chance to sample regional delicacies including the famous absinthe and a wine-tasting experience in St Paul de Vence.

Day 8 - St Tropez

St Tropez on the French Riviera is popular with the rich and famous, with luxurious yachts lining the harbour. Optional excursions include an informative wine-tasting experience, a trip to the nearby perched village of Grimaud and a guided walking tour of St Tropez.

Day 9 - Monte Carlo (Monaco)

The ancient principality of Monaco is famous for its Grand Casino and Grand Prix Circuit. Explore this playground for the rich and famous, perhaps visiting the Prince's Palace, St Nicholas Cathedral and the exotic gardens.

Day 10 - Nice (France)

Disembark SeaDream I in Nice.
