From Marina Zea, set sail to pretty Ios and enjoy a refreshing swim stop at Manganari Beach, considered one of the most stunning beaches in Greece. Continue to picture-postcard Santorini and take a cable car to the beautiful town of Fira with its characteristic white buildings.

During your time in picturesque Patmos, take the opportunity to visit the Grotto and Monastery of Saint John, and historic centre of Chora, before cruising to the Turkish town of Kusadasi, gateway to Ephesus, the greatest archaeological site in the Aegean. On Delos, antiquity's most sacred island, perhaps join the optional tour of this incredible archaeological site, before heading to lively Mykonos. The beautiful beach of Ysternia is the perfect spot for a swim stop and barbecue, while charming Tinos is renowned for its basket weavers. This fantastic holiday concludes with farewell cocktails and dinner under the Temple of Poseidon.

Aegean Odyssey Itinerary

Day 1 - UK - Marina Zea (Greece)

Fly from the UK and embark your ship between 2pm and 3pm. Enjoy a welcome drink and meet your crew and fellow passengers. Sail for Ios and enjoy a welcome dinner onboard. Overnight at sea.

Day 2 - Ios - Santorini

This morning, enjoy a refreshing swim stop at Manganari Beach on Ios, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. At noon, arrive in Santorini and step ashore. Take a cable car to the beautiful town of Fira with its characteristic white buildings. This afternoon, there is an optional tour to Akrotiri, a city buried during an eruption which created the caldera, and Fira. The tour concludes in Oia, renowned for its sun set. Overnight at sea to Patmos.

Day 3 - Patmos

This morning, arrive in Patmos, from where you can join the optional excursion which takes in two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Grotto and Monastery of Saint John, and the historic centre of medieval Chora. Spend the afternoon at leisure discovering the capital of Scala, or go for a swim at a nearby beach. Overnight in Patmos.

Day 4 - Patmos - Kusadasi

Early morning sailing to Kusadasi. Today, there is an optional tour to Ephesus, the Aegean's greatest archaeological site. After lunch and time at leisure, your ship sails to the Island of Samos, arriving late afternoon. Moor in the quiet port of Pythagorion where you can enjoy an afternoon swim, or just have a wander around. Late evening, set sail to Delos. Overnight at sea.

Day 5 - Delos - Mykonos

Optional morning tour to the unique archaeological site of Delos, antiquity's most sacred island. Later, cruise to Mykonos and explore at leisure. Perhaps visit the archaeological museum or the maritime museum, and maybe end your evening as the Mykonians do with a glass of ouzo. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 6 - Tinos

Set sail for the pretty island of Tinos. First stop is the beautiful beach of Ysternia for a swim and barbecue, before cruising into Tinos harbour. This afternoon there is an optional excursion to the villages of Exovergo and Volax, as well as the famous basket weavers of Tinos and workshops of the marble sculptors of Pyrgos. Overnight in Tinos.

Day 7 - Tinos - Kythnos - Cape Sounion

This morning, set sail to Kythnos for a swim stop and beach barbecue. Arrive at Kolones Beach in Kythnos for your final swimstop. After lunch, set sail to Cape Sounion, where you'll enjoy farewell cocktails and dinner under the Temple of Poseidon. This evening, leave Sounion to reach Marina Zea. Overnight at sea.

Day 8 - Marina Zea - UK

Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.

Swimstops & Beach Barbeques are weather permitting. The itinerary is subject to weather and operating conditions and sailing is not permitted in winds of force 7 on the Beaufort scale and above. The Company reserves the right to substitute the vessel.

  • 7 nights cruise with accommodation in yacht-style cabins with private facilities and air conditioning
