Day 1 - Dubrovnik (Croatia)
Embark the ship and settle into your cabin, before meeting the crew at a welcome cocktail and enjoying dinner.
Day 2 - Dubrovnik
Today, there is an optional tour of Dubrovnik, nicknamed the 'Pearl of the Adriatic'. Spend the afternoon cruising along the Albanian and Montenegrin coastlines. Evening entertainment on board.
Day 3 - Corfu (Greece)
Spend the morning cruising to the beautiful Greek island of Corfu. Ulysses is believed to have made a final stop here before returning to Ithaca. This afternoon, there is an optional guided tour of the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll also visit the magnificent Achilleion Palace, built by the beloved Empress Sissi. Dinner and an evening of dancing onboard.
Day 4 - Sarande (Albania)
Arrive in Sarande, gateway to the ruins of Butrint which can be visited on an optional excursion. The ruins are renowned for their size and natural setting. Enjoy breathtaking views from the top of the hill where the acropolis once stood. This afternoon, perhaps join the optional visit to Gjirokaster, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has well-preserved Ottoman architecture and is dominated by the mighty Gjirokaster Fortress. Head to the Gjirokaster Bazaar, before enjoy a tasting of local products. Evening entertainment onboard.
Day 5 - Vlore
Today there is an optional full-day tour to Apollonia and Berat. The first stop is UNESCO-listed Berat with its Ottoman architecture. You'll then continue to Apollonia, the largest archaeological site in Albania, set on rolling hills. The onsite Apollonia Museum complex is fascinating. This evening, enjoy festivities with an Albanian flair onboard.
Day 6 - Durres
This morning, there is an optional visit to the Albanian capital of Tirana and its Natural History Museum. Learn about ancient Illyria through to the post-communist era. You'll also visit Skanderbeg Square which is home to the city's oldest building, the Et-hem Bey Mosque (currently closed for renovations so the initial visit to this site will be replaced by a tour of the Blloku area). Blloku is well-known for its colourful facades which contrast with the grey Soviet-era buildings. The former residence of Enver Halil Hoxha can be seen on Ismail Qemali Street. Spend the afternoon cruising. Onboard, enjoy dinner and dancing.
Day 7 - Bar (Montenegro)
This morning, there is an optional visit to Stari Bar. Enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful town overlooking Bar, before spending the afternoon cruising through the Bay of Kotor. Festive gala evening onboard.
Day 8 - Dubrovnik (Croatia)
Breakfast on board, before disembarkation.
