Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian Islands Itinerary

Day 1 - UK - Dubrovnik (Croatia)

Fly from the UK to Dubrovnik. On arrival, transfer to MV Adriatic Queen where we enjoy an included dinner on board.

Day 2 - Mljet - Korcula

An early morning departure to sail to the island and national park of Mljet. See the salt lakes of this tranquil island on a small boat excursion. In the afternoon sail to Korcula, believed to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, for a guided tour of the old town. Learn about its fascinating legends and discover its monuments before enjoying traditional music and entertainment on board this evening.

Day 3 - Hvar

Cruise past hidden bays and inlets to the island of Hvar to see historic buildings on a guided tour of the town of Hvar, including one of the largest squares in Dalmatia, Trg Sveti Stjepana.

Day 4 - Split

Today, enjoy spectacular views as Adriatic Queen sails through the narrow passage which separates the islands of Brac and Solta. Split's picturesque old town contains the majestic Diocletian's Palace, a World Heritage Site. A guided tour is followed by time at leisure for exploration.

Day 5 - Split - Omis - Makarska

After breakfast, sail along the coast towards the Makarska River and spend the morning on a small boat excursion on the Cetina River to Radman mills, surrounded by wildlife. This afternoon enjoy beautiful views of the Riviera whilst cruising to the attractive small town of Makarska.

Day 6 - Makarska - Trstenik

This morning, cruise to the small village of Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula, home to the famous Grgic winery. Here, enjoy a wine-tasting followed by plenty of free time to explore at leisure.

Day 7 - Trstenik - Dubrovnik

An early departure this morning for the World Heritage Site of Dubrovnik. Enjoy beautiful views and on arrival take a guided sightseeing tour. There is time for lunch ashore before returning to the ship. Captain's farewell dinner tonight, with local wine and entertainment, as well as an evening cruise along Dubrovnik's old city walls.

Day 8 - Dubrovnik - UK

This morning transfer to the airport for the return flight to the UK.
