Day 4 - Adele Island - Buccaneer Archipelago
Cruise to Adele Island and join this remote coastal area by Zodiac with your Expedition Team member. The island is surrounded by Adele Reef, teeming with marine life, including reef sharks and stingrays. Later, cruise to the Buccaneer Archipelago. (B,L,D)
Day 5 - Talbot Bay - Horizontal Falls
Cruise through Talbot Bay, renowned for its 12-metre tides which create Horizontal Falls. Subject to tidal conditions, enjoy an exclusive Signature Experience - a thrilling ride through the falls on a high-powered boat. The adventure continues as you join your Zodiac for an journey through Cyclone Creek during which you'll see dramatic rock formations. (B,L,D)
Day 6 - Raft Point - Doubtful Bay - Montgomery Reef
Step ashore at Raft Point for a visit to an ancient Wandjina rock art site, dating back as far as 5000 years. You may be joined by a local Indigenous guide. Later, return to the ship and cruise Doubtful Bay, perfect for whale watching, then join your Expedition Team for an in-depth exploration of Montgomery Reef by Zodiac. Here you'll enjoy an exclusive Signature Experience - watching Montgomery Reef rise out of the ocean as tidal waters cascade into surrounding channels. Keep an eye out for birds and turtles. (B,L,D)
Day 7 - St George's Basin
Enjoy a Zodiac trip to St George's Basin where you may be lucky enough to see a saltwater crocodile. Continue to untouched Hanover Bay and the Prince Regent Nature Reserve, only accessible by boat and a biodiversity hotspot. Your ship then reaches Careening Bay, home to the historic Mermaid Boab Tree. Lieutenant Philip Parker King's carpenter craved the ship's name into a boab tree overlooking the bay. (B,L,D)
Day 8 - Prince Frederick Harbour - Mitchell Falls
Prince Frederick Harbour offers towering red cliffs and mangroves. It is also home to a variety of wildlife including saltwater crocodiles and white-bellied eagles. Board Zodiacs and explore the Hunter River and Naturalist Island. There is an optional helicopter ride over Mitchell Falls. (B,L,D)
Day 9 - Bigge Island
Just off the coast of Kimberley is Bigge Island. Today's Signature Experience is a viewing of the ancient Indigenous rock art of Bigge Island. This art was created by the Wunambal people and you'll explore the caves throughout the island, getting up-close to depictions dating back to the 15th century. The Wandjina is unique to the Kimberley and many of the art sites are repainted each year as a tradition. (B,L,D)
Day 10 - Jar Island - Vansittart Bay
Accompanied by the Expedition Team, explore Vansittart Bay's vast salt flats and see the wreckage of a US Air Force C-53 which crashed during World War II. Close by, go ashore at Jar Island with its sandy beaches and enticing caves. See examples of Bradshaw paintings dating back 20,000 years. They depict people in ritual dancing and are very distinctive. (B,L,D)
Day 11 - Koolama Bay - King George River and Falls
Arrive into Koolama Bay, which was renamed after the bombing of MV Koolama in 1942. Continue to the King George River and board Zodiacs to meander through the gorge system past mangrove-fringed coves and soaring red cliffs. Today's Signature Experience is at King George Falls. Watch the highest sing-drop falls in Western Australia as they plunge over a sandstone cliff. Later, enjoy a Farewell Dinner on board and take in the Kimberley sunset. (B,L,D)
Day 12 - Wyndham - Kununurra
Disembark in Wyndham and transfer to Kununurra Country Club where you'll spend the remainder of the day at leisure. (B)
Day 13 - Perth
Fly to Perth and check-in to the Perth Metropol. Spend the day at leisure. (B)
Day 14 - Perth - UK
Check-out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
Day 15 - UK
Arrive back in the UK.
