Svalbard Odyssey Itinerary
Day 1 - Longyearbyen (Spitbsergen)
Enjoy a sightseeing tour to explore the town. Transfer to the port later afternoon to embark ship then cruise out of the beautiful Isfjorden. In some instances the ship will be boarded by Zodiac. Please keep your wet-weather gear in your hand luggage to use if this situation arises. The rest of your luggage will be transported to your cabin separately; please ensure all your luggage has your cabin tag and number attached.
Day 2-10 - Svalbard Archipelago
Svalbard offers unspoiled, raw arctic wilderness at its best. With majestic mountains of jagged peaks, iridescent sea ice, countless glaciers and superb wildlife-viewing opportunities. Day 11 - Longyearbyen
Crossing the Barents Sea to Kirkenes offers some good opportunities to encounter whales and certainly plenty of opportunities to photograph sea birds. You may enjoy final presentations from our team of experts, spend your time editing photos or simply relaxing.
