East Greenland Explorer Special Offer

This amazing expedition voyage ventures deep into the heart of Scoresbysund, the world's largest fjord system, where glaciers wind their way towards the coast.

After an overnight hotel stay in the Icelandic capital of Reykjavik, head to the beautiful town of Akureyri where your expedition ship awaits. Spend an unforgettable eight days exploring East Greenland, home to some of the Arctic's most impressive scenery as well as a variety of flora and fauna. Majestic icebergs drift throughout the fjord system and musk oxen and Arctic hares roam through the multi-coloured tundra. The area is dotted with ancient Thule archaeological sites and Inuit hunters' cabins. Zodiac landings and visits will be determined by the conditions, but you may be lucky enough to explore the remote Inuit community of Ittoqqortoormiit and picturesque Rode Island.
