Fly from London Heathrow to Calgary, where you’ll be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a Welcome Reception this evening and meet with your fellow guests and Travelmarvel Tour Director.

Calgary - Banff
Journey to Banff National Park today and enjoy an Insider Experience along the way. On arrival in Banff, you will be taken on a tour of this picturesque town and its surrounds.

Banff
Enjoy today at leisure to explore this charming alpine town at your own pace. If you’re after adventure, then consider joining a heli-sightseeing trip for aerial views of this breath-taking region. Perhaps watch for local wildlife on an exhilarating Bow River float trip or set off on a Banff Experience tour (own expense).

Day 4
Banff - Lake Louise
Your destination today is Lake Louise. Along the way, if the weather permits, you will stop and take in the incredible views of Moraine Lake. This striking blue, glacier-fed lake offers the perfect snapshot of Canada’s breathtaking beauty. Later, continue on to Lake Louise, one of Canada’s must-see sights, known as ‘the Jewel of the Canadian Rockies’.

Day 5
Lake Louise - Icefields Parkway - Athabasca Glacier - Jasper
Travel along the Icefields Parkway, considered the world’s most scenic highway and stop at the Columbia Icefield for a thrilling Ice Explorer ride onto Athabasca Glacier. Continue on to Jasper National Park.

Day 6
Jasper - Blue River
Journey to Thompson Valley today while descending through the Canadian Rockies.
Perhaps replace Days 6 and 7 touring with a Rocky Mountaineer rail journey to Vancouver. Board the Rocky Mountaineer and pass Mount Robson and Pyramid Falls before arriving in Kamloops. Stay in Kamloops at a hotel assigned by Rocky Mountaineer. Additional cost. Enquire for details.

Day 7
Thompson Valley - Vancouver
Journey through the rugged Cariboo region on your way to Vancouver. On arrival, perhaps enjoy time at leisure to explore as you wish or take some time out to relax.

Day 8
Vancouver
Discover Vancouver on a city sightseeing tour. Take in the city’s sleek waterfront and enjoy a visit to its oldest neighbourhood, Gastown. This afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. You may wish to choose a select experience, such as a picturesque Grouse Mountain gondola ride or a thrilling walk across the Capilano Suspension Bridge, which hangs 70 metres above the Capilano River (own expense).

Day 9
Vancouver - Whistler
Head along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler. On arrival, perhaps try a select experience such as a tree trek, along a suspension bridge, through ancient forest, or a zip trek through the trees. You may also like to take a gondola ride between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains (own expense).

Day 10
Whistler - Victoria
Today it’s time to bid farewell to the resort village of Whistler and head for the coast. Take a ferry from Horseshoe Bay across the Georgia Strait. Arrive on Vancouver Island and continue south to Victoria. Alternatively, you may prefer to take a floatplane flight to Victoria (own expense).

Victoria
Enjoy a day at leisure, or choose from one of the select experiences available. Perhaps take a whale-watching cruise aboard a Zodiac or luxury motor yacht. Alternatively, join a horse-drawn carriage tour through the city, visiting the James Bay district and the garden of Beacons Hill Park (own expense). This evening, enjoy an Insider Experience.

Victoria - Vancouver
Return by ferry to the mainland and board your Holland America Line ship for your seven-night Inside Passage cruise.

Day 13
Inside Passage
Today you will enjoy a full day at sea to begin your fascinating exploration of Alaska. Relax and absorb the majestic scenery as your ship journeys past dramatic rocky headlands and glides over the icy waters of the Inside Passage. You will also have plenty of time to explore the excellent facilities of your premium cruise ship.

Day 14
Juneau
Arrive at the capital of Alaska, Juneau, located at the foot of grand mountain peaks on the Gastineau Channel. Spend some time taking in the diverse terrain or perhaps make your way into town and browse the wide range of shops located in delightful rustic surrounds.

Skagway
Today you’ll dock at the port of Skagway, which was once a frontier town and gateway to the Klondike. You will find a variety of stores and saloons in town that capture the excitement and history of the gold rush days. Here, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about gold prospecting or view some of the local wildlife (own expense).

Glacier Bay National Park
Wake to the breathtaking sight of Glacier Bay National Park and discover why the area has received World Heritage status. Gain a more detailed insight into the unique nature of this national park as local rangers join you on board to talk about this region.

Day 17
Ketchikan
Arrive today in the colourful fishing port of Ketchikan, renowned for its idyllic scenery and rich Alaska Native culture. Here, you will have free time to relax and explore at your leisure. Alternatively, experience the full character of the town during a walking tour, or head to Saxman Native Village where you can learn about local Tlingit culture and history (own expense).

Day 18
Inside Passage
Today marks the final day on board your ship. You’ll spend the day cruising south through the Inside Passage amid magnificent landscapes and towering glaciers.

Vancouver (Canada)
On arrival in Vancouver this morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to the UK.

Arrive back in London today.
