Palombaggia’s famous beach is ideal for relaxing before sailing to Bonifacio to explore the ancient citadel perched on top of a cliff.
Wander the medieval streets of Alghero or enjoy the magnificent views from the sea walls, then sail to Porticcio Beach for swimming or snorkelling. Visit Ajaccio, birthplace of Napoleon, and mingle with the rich and famous in Monaco.

Day 1 - Cannes (France)
Embark Royal Clipper in Cannes.
Day 2 - Lerici (Italy)
The lovely old town of Lerici is home to a magnificent castle, stately villas, enchanting gardens and beautiful beaches.
Day 3 - Portoferraio
Known as the Pearl of the Mediterranean, Elba is a glorious paradise of azure waters, hidden coves, tranquil beaches and stunning views. Elba's restaurants serve excellent seafood, and small private vineyards produce local Moscato and Aleatico wines
Day 4 - Palombiaggia (Corsica) - Bonifacio
Flanked by mountains and pine trees, Palombaggia’s 2km stretch of golden sand and crystal clear water is the most famous beach in Corsica. The dazzling fortress town of Bonifacio perches on top of white limestone cliffs and is home to a glittering harbour, medieval citadel and fabulous views.
Day 5 - Alghero (Sardinia, Italy)
The beautiful medieval city of Alghero has a well-preserved historical centre packed with cobbled lanes, Gothic palazzo and café-lined piazzas. Perhaps explore the wonderful San Francesco church and the striking bell tower or walk along the golden sea walls for superb sea views.
Day 6 - Porticcio Beach (Corsica) - Ajaccio
The famous seaside resort of Porticcio has fine sandy beaches and warm turquoise waters – ideal for swimming or snorkelling. Ajaccio is set on a lovely sweeping bay and is dotted with fascinating sites relating to Napoleon Bonaparte, who was born here in 1769. Please note: On the September departure, you will spend the day in St Tropez.
Day 7 - Monaco
The ancient principality of Monaco is famous for its Grand Casino and Grand Prix Circuit. Explore this playground for the rich and famous, perhaps visiting the Prince's Palace, St Nicholas Cathedral and the exotic gardens. Please note: On the September departure, you will spend a second day in St Tropez and observe the famous Voiles de Saint Tropez, an annual regatta where impressive yachts meet.
Day 8 - Cannes (France)
Disembark Royal Clipper in Cannes.
For navigational reasons the Captain of the ship reserves the right to modify the cruise itinerary. Please note: Days 6 and 7 are spent in St Tropez on the September departure. You can observe the famous Voiles de Saint Tropez, an annual regatta.
