Uniworld is the only river cruise company acknowledged in the ZAGAT Survey for "Top in Dining". Culinary Director Global Master Chef Bernhard Zorn, a 30-year industry veteran, leads a team of executive chefs providing guests with a truly remarkable dining experience.

Each day, culinary delights use the finest and freshest ingredients, often brought onboard from local farmers markets. Menus change daily to reflect region and season, and inlcude special Signature Dishes.

Buffet breakfasts has an extensive array of hot and cold selections - an omelette station, a dozen or more homemade breads and pastries, hand-cut seasonal fresh fruit, cereals, and teas and French coffee.

Lunch is a delectable buffet with salads, soups, hot pasta bar, carved-to-order roasts, artisanal cheeses, assorted sandwiches, tantalising desserts and more.

Evenings provide exquisite ambience with relaxed open seating and menus featuring fine meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Every meal concludes with a wide range of freshly prepared, decadent desserts that look every bit as delicious as they taste.

On European river cruise itineraries you will enjoy complimentary fine wines, beer and soft drinks with both lunch and dinner (not Russia or Douro). Complimentary speciality tea and coffee is available 24-hours a day, with complimentary bottled water in cabins.

Your Uniworld river cruise ship also offers a variety of other dining experiences including al fresco “under the stars” and light-lunch dining - both on the sun deck. Early-riser breakfast and afternoon tea are also available. Culinary highlights include the Captain's Welcome Gala and Farewell Dinner.

Uniworld also gives you the choice of dining on lighter cuisine with the Travelling Lite menu. On certain itineraries the exclusive Epicurean Adventurer Programme is a treat for wine and food lovers. At no extra charge it includes private wine tastings onshore, onboard culinary demonstrations and a special food and wine pairing dinner.
