The on board menu
Early Riser Breakfast, 6am
Help yourself to coffee, hot water, croissants, biscuits and assorted nibbles.
Breakfast Buffet, 7am – 8.30am
Fresh breads, cereals, fruits, cold cuts and cheeses, smoked salmon, pastries, yogurts, and juices. Cooked breakfasts include eggs, sausage and bacon. A room service of continental breakfast is also available for all Royal Deck staterooms and suites on our river cruise ships. Our breakfast menu items are helpfully colour-coded as low calorie, low fat, high fibre, low cholesterol or high energy to help you plan your meal.
Lunch Buffet, 12.30pm
A variety of starters, hearty soups, hot dishes, homemade breads, cold cuts of meat and cheeses, salads and delectable desserts.
Afternoon Tea, 4pm
Enjoy freshly brewed coffee or tea and cake or biscuits, served in the lounge or on the top deck.
Dinner, 7.30pm
Finest quality four-course dinner with tempting starters and soups, main courses (including vegetarian options) and mouthwatering puddings. Aboard Avalon European river cruise ships coffee, tea, and regional wines, beer or soft drinks are complimentary.
Night Fare Buffet, 10.30pm
