The AMA Waterways ships offer award-winning dining, with open seating for dinner and complimentary fine wines, beers and soft drinks. Buffet breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are enticing informal meals.

The new ship for 2012, AmaCerto, offers a choice of dining options, including alfresco terrace dining and an intimate chef's table with tasting menu.
