Useful FAQs
Air conditioning
All public areas on board are air conditioned and heated. Cabins feature individual controls.
Clothing
On board and on shore, the dress code is casual. For dinner, normal dress is smart casual. The Gala and Farewell Dinners tend to be dressier, but not formal.
Dining
There is a full buffet breakfast and buffet or sit-down lunch, with menu choices. In the evenings there are gourmet dinners.
Drinks
Complimentary wine, beer or soft drinks are served with dinner. Coffee and tea are free of charge all day. Bottled water in cabins is replenished daily.
Electricity
Electricity on board is 220v with European plug outlets. You may need an adapter in other outlets in the stateroom for any small personal items.
Hair Dryers
All ships have hair dryers in each cabin.
Internet Access and TV
Each cabin has an Infotainment system with computer, TV and box office films. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in each cabin, using your own or the cabin computer.
Laundry
A laundry and pressing service for a small fee is available on board.
Library
You can take out books from the ship’s library free of charge, to be returned before the cruise ends.
Massage and Beauty Salon
Pamper yourself with an expert hair stylist, masseuse and beauty therapist at your disposal throughout the cruise.

Personal Safe
A safe is available in every cabin.
Shop
Each river cruise ship has a boutique shop featuring exclusive souvenirs and items needed for the journey.
Shipboard Account
Onboard prices are in Euro. At the end of your river cruise you will receive a total on your shipboard account, which can be paid with cash in Euro or by credit card.
Smoking
All ships have non-smoking interiors. Smoking is only permitted in certain parts of the Sun Deck.
Telephones
Each cabin has a direct dial telephone to call between cabins.
