Day 1
Istanbul, Turkey

Embark Le Levant late afternoon. Depart early evening.

Day 2
Nessebur, Bulgaria

Nessebur is a UNESCO World Heritage site famed for its '40 Byzantine churches'. The medieval town is perched on a rocky peninsular jutting out into the Black Sea, with narrow winding streets and traditional wooden houses. Today, the town is a bustling fishing port and holiday destination.

Day 3
Constanta, Romania

Arrive in Constanta, one of the largest cities in Romania, with historical monuments and ancient ruins dating back to the Greeks. Visit the stunning art nouveau grand Casino and the imposing Orthodox cathedral, or explore nearby museums and shops.

Day 4
Odessa, Ukraine

Odessa is an elegant city of terraced hills and landscaped parks, boasting imposing and elegant buildings including palaces and Cathedrals. Take a trip along Primorski Boulevard to the Theatre of Opera and Ballet and the famous Potemkin Steps.

Day 5
Sevastopol, Ukraine

Situated at the tip of the Crimea, Sevastopol has been both a colony of ancient Greece dating back to the 5th century BC, the home of the Russian Black Sea fleet and also the site of the seige of Sevastopol during the Crimean war.

Day 6
Yalta, Ukraine

Yalta was the holiday choice of Russian aristocrats and the wealthy for hundreds of years. Yalta is best known for the White Palace, site of the 1945 Yalta Conference between Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill, and the private apartments of the Tsar's family. Visit the famous Swallow's Nest, a small castle which was built on the edge of the cliff of Cape Ai-Todor. Anton Chekhov, the famous Russian writer and playwright, lived in Yalta until his death.

At sea

A day at sea. Take in the beautiful scenery and enjoy a relaxing day.

Day 8
Istanbul, Turkey

Sail into magnificent Istanbul. Disembark Le Levant. Perhaps stay a few days to explore the city, the famous Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosques, the Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar with its jewellery, pottery, spice and carpet shops.
