Day 1
Venice

Embark your ship at 6pm at the passenger terminal on Quay San Basilio (Vaporetto station Santa Marta). This evening the ship moves to the Quay of 7 Martyrs a short stroll from St Mark's Square. Welcome cocktail and dinner on board, followed by a free evening in Venice.

Day 2
Venice- Taglio di Po - Polesella

Breakfast on board. Optional guided tour of the Doges Palace and St Mark's Square. Return to the ship for lunch, then in the afternoon enjoy an optional sightseeing tour to the islands of Burano, known for its lace, and Murano, famous for its superb glass. Dinner on board and free time in the evening.

Day 3
Venice - Chioggia - Taglio di Po

Breakfast before cruising to the port of Chioggia with its Roman and artistic associations. After lunch on board, there is the opportunity to visit Padua, the pilgrimage town of St. Anthony of Padova, and famous for art. Following a visit to the 'Santo' basilica, dedicated to St. Anthony, take a stroll through the historic town centre and discover the Pedrocchi coffee house, dear to the inhabitants of Padua. Return on board this evening for dinner while the ship cruises to Taglio di Po.

Day 4
Taglio di Po - Polesella

Breakfast on board before cruising to Polesella. Lunch on board, then enjoy an optional excursion to Verona, of Romeo and Juliet fame. Re-join the ship in Polesella for dinner, followed by an optional evening "Italian Art and Tradtions" spectacle in Crespino (minimum 45 participants required).

Day 5
Polessella

Breakfast on board before an optional excursion to discover the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ferrare. Re-join the ship in Polesella for lunch, then travel by coach for an optional tour of the Medieval city of Bologne. Return for dinner and cruise to Venice.

Day 6
Venice

Optional morning walking excursion to the Castello Quarter, where you will discover the secret of Venice, from its intriguing history to the Basilica of St Giovanni and Paolo, the largest Gothic building in the city. Enjoy free time in Venice this afternoon when there will also be the possibility of an optional gondola excursion. Return to the ship for dinner and a Gala evening.

Day 7
Venice

Disembark in Venice after breakfast.
