We offer a range of Dubai cruises for winter 2010/11. These are on new Costa cruise sister ships - Costa Luminosa and Costa Deliziosa, Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas, and Hapag Lloyd's Europa, voted the world's finest ship.

With its combination of old mosques and new shopping malls, futuristic architecture and miles of desert wilderness, Dubai is a land of amazing contrasts. Modern Dubai is a world-class destination, with sensational highlights - the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel, the Burj Khalifa tallest building in the world, and the Palm with the Atlantis Hotel at its tip. The Dubai Creek area retains its traditional charm with narrow streets and classic dhows plying their trade. The cruise terminal is about 5km from the airport. It is about 25km to the Palm Jumeirah area.

Muscat in Oman is a more traditional city, with sights including Rustaq Fort and the majestic Sultan's Palace. Its port of Muttrah has a fascinating souk. Fujayrah in the United Arab Emirates is the perfect base for desert adventures.

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the Emirates, offers great shopping opportunities, a renowned 'corniche' as well as a desert wilderness ideal for dune safaris. See the huge Emirates Palace hotel and the nearby Heritage Village.

The island of Bahrain brings a mix of ancient and modern with old traditions rubbing shoulders with the best of modern city life. See its iconic World Trade Centre towers.

Both Abu Dhabi and Bahrain have new F1 Grand Prix circuits, some distance out of town.
