Itinerary
Day 1

Morning flight from Heathrow on Iberia via Madrid to Quito. 3 nights at the Hilton Colon Hotel

Day 2

Quito city tour and Equatorial Monument visit (B)

Day 3

Free to explore. Optional tours can be arranged locally (B)

Day 4

Fly to the Galapagos and visit the San Cristobal Interpretation Centre before embarking on La Pinta. In the afternoon you will take a zodiac along the rocky shoreline of Isla Lobos on San Cristobal, home of the Galapagos sea-lions (B, L, D).

Please note: On arrival at San Cristobal Airport, you will be required to pay the Galapagos National Park entry fee, which is currently $100 per person (cash only).

Day 5

A day of excellent wildlife observation on North Seymour and Santa Cruz island. See marine iguanas, blue footed boobies, sea-lions and flamiingos (B, L, D)

Day 6

Exploring the wildlife sites of Floreana Island (B, L, D)

Day 7

Today explore Isabela, the largest of the Galapagos Islands, in the morning before visiting Fernandina Island, home of marine iguanas, sally-light foot crabs, hawks, penguins and flightless cormorants (B, L, D)

Day 8

Spend the day at Santa Cruz Island. View the Galapagos giant tortoises in the wild, and visit the Charles Darwin Research Station (B, L, D)

Day 9

Visit Bartolome with its striking volcanic landscapes. In the afternoon visit Rabida Island, home of reef fish, sea lions, Darwin finches, Galapagos doves and often large rays. (B, L, D)

Day 10

Your final full day in the Galapogas is spent on Espanola Island with a variety of attractions and wildlife spotting opportunities. (B, L, D)

Day 11

Disembark at San Cristobal and visit La Galapaguera, a semi-captive roaming area to observe the giant Galapagos tortoises. Fly to Guayaquil, Ecuador. Overnight at the Oro Verde Hotel (B)

Day 12

Fly from Guayaquil to Madrid by LAN/Iberia (B)

Day 13

Arrive Madrid and onto Heathrow (B)
